SiteWorx's Site Overview provides you with an overview
of all aspects of your site, including your primary
contact data, utilization of account resources, and
a snapshot of your website's bandwidth usage. Following
is a brief overview of various features of the Site
Overview.
The SiteWorx Site Overview can be accessed
at any time, simply by clicking on it the text "Site
Overview" in the SiteWorx Control Panel menu, as illustrated
below:
The Site Overview is broken down into two sections: My
Info and Site Usage Snapshot.
My Info
The My Info display, illustrated below, contains
key information regarding your account, including the
name of your Master Domain, the identity of the Master
User, and utilization of account features. The latter
statistics are particularly useful, as they provide
you with a simple way of tracking important aspects
of your site, such as bandwidth utilization, and disk
space usage, while also keeping track of additional
allotted resources, such as MySQL Databases, E-mail
Boxes and FTP Accounts.
As we can see in the example above, we have used
little bandwidth and storage, but have used 50% of
our allocation of MySQL Databases.
Clicking on the name of any of your server resources,
such as Bandwidth, will take you to the relevant statistics for
that resource. For example, if we click on the name "Bandwidth
(Monthly)"...
...we are taken to a Bandwidth Usage Overview screen,
which displays bandwidth utilization statistics for
the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days:
Quick Help
One of the most useful features in SiteWorx is the
Quick Help facility, which is accessed by clicking
on the [?] text, found adjacent to many sub-window
titles within SiteWorx. Depicted below is the Quick
Help link for the My Info display:
The result of clicking on this link is a pop-up help
window, similar to that displayed below:
All Quick Help pop-up boxes can be closed by pressing
their Close buttons:
Site Usage Snapshot
The Site Usage Snapshot provides you with a overview
of your bandwidth usage over the past 18 hours:
Clicking on this graph will take you to a screen
that displays more detailed graphs of your real-time
and past bandwidth and storage space usage, similar
to that displayed below:
