The SiteWorx Backup facility enables you to easily create immediate backups of your site, e-mail boxes, and MySQL Databases, in .ZIP Format.

You may access the Backup facility at any time, simply by clicking on the "Backup" option on the Control Panel menu:

The result of clicking this link is the main Backup facility screen, similar to that shown below:

You may selectively download portions of your site by adjusting the Backup Your... checkboxes appropriately. In the example below, we have selected all options, so that we may download a complete backup:

When ready to continue, press the Download button:

SiteWorx will inform you that the download will begin shortly:

You will be prompted to save the backup file that SiteWorx has generated. The following procedure assumes that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0. If you are using another web browser, please see the documentation for that browser should you need assistance in saving files.

You may continue by pressing the Save button in the File Download dialog box that is displayed:

Select the directory in which you wish to Save the backup file, and press the Save button, as indicated below:

Your file will be downloaded, and you will be returned to SiteWorx.
