Uncle Percy’s Adventures in Space by Lowell Observatory
Lowell Observatory’s new video series explores the solar system with a blend of animation and actual imagery. Uncle Percy and his robotic assistant Miss Kitty take viewers on entertaining and educational journeys that make astronomy approachable for children and adults.
The Uncle Percy project began with Lowell staff and animator Phil Hoppes. indigo8 joined the team to put this video series on the web. We provided Flash, HTML, JavaScript and CSS programing, built the complex table of contents page, and produced the entire Uncle Percy section to match the existing website.
